We do not currently use a third-party email service provider, but we intend to in future; when we do, this policy will be updated to name the provider and explain how your data is processed by them.

2.3 Live Chat Widget

Our Site includes a live chat widget where you can optionally provide your name and a free-text message. At present, this widget operates entirely within your browser: messages are not stored or transmitted to any server or third party.
